2. Hosting and technical access data
The hosting infrastructure processes technical data such as IP address, time, requested URL, browser and operating system to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). The specific hosting arrangement, recipients, retention periods and any international transfer safeguards must be documented before publication.
3. Storage of your privacy preference
We store only your consent preference for optional Google Maps content, with a version and expiry, on your device (localStorage, up to 180 days). This storage is necessary to respect your choice (Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG). This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time through Privacy settings.
4. Google Maps — only with consent
Google Maps loads only when you allow it. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Your IP address, browser and usage data may be sent to Google, and information may be stored or read on your device. Transfers to the USA are possible. Legal bases: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn for the future. The website works without Google Maps. 5. Contact by phone, email or WhatsApp
When you contact us, we process the contact information and message you provide to handle your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual inquiries, otherwise Article 6(1)(f)). WhatsApp is an external service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited; opening its link and sending messages is subject to its privacy terms, including possible international processing. Email and telephone are available alternatives. Inquiry data should be deleted when no longer needed, unless statutory retention duties apply. The operator must still establish specific internal retention periods.
6. Repair selection, fonts and external links
The repair selection remains in browser memory until closed and does not automatically submit an inquiry. Fonts are served through the website infrastructure; no request is made to Google Fonts. Google reviews are not retrieved automatically. External sites’ privacy terms apply when you open their links.
7. Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Articles 15–21 GDPR). Consent can be withdrawn at any time for the future. Contact us using the details above. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, in particular the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision for private organisations in Bavaria (www.lda.bayern.de).
